We keep our standards clear and apply them consistently — not to control anyone, but because fairness and predictability are what let men relax into their recovery. Residents always know what's expected, and they're supported in meeting it.
Structure here is steady, fair, and human. We're flexible where it counts — especially around work and rebuilding life — as long as communication is strong and everyone's pointed in the same direction: lasting recovery.

At Anchor & Ascent, every resident knows the expectations from day one: stay sober, stay productive, contribute to the home, and communicate honestly. Because the standards are clear and applied the same way for everyone, the house stays calm, safe, and predictable.
When something does go sideways, we handle it like adults. We respond based on what actually happened, how it affects the recovery environment, and whether a resident is being honest and willing to course-correct. The goal is always the same: protect the home and keep the resident moving forward — not pile on punishment for its own sake.
