Anchor & Ascent was founded by two men in long-term recovery who want to give other men the same foundation that changed their lives.
Both of our founders came to South Florida for their own recovery and landed in structured sober living homes that changed the course of their lives. Today, both have built careers in the recovery field as operators and Certified Recovery Residence Administrators (CRRA). Anchor & Ascent is what happens when that experience comes home.
With more than ten years in continuous recovery, Robert came to Florida for treatment and credits the structured sober living home he entered afterward with springboarding his recovery. He has spent nearly a decade in the recovery field, rising to operations executive and earning his CRRA credential, and has served as a property manager, on-site supervisor, and administrator at an established recovery residence in Delray Beach. Anchor & Ascent is his answer to a simple question: how do you give other men what was given to him?
With over six years in recovery, Colin's own path ran through a South Florida sober living home he still describes in one word — brotherhood. He has spent nearly six years in the recovery field, growing into a director-level operator and earning his CRRA credential, with hands-on experience in admissions at an established Delray Beach recovery residence. He helped build Anchor & Ascent to create that same brotherhood for more men.

Anchor & Ascent Sober Living is certified by the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) as a Level II recovery residence under Section 397.487, Florida Statutes, and operates under the NARR Code of Ethics. Both owners are Certified Recovery Residence Administrators (CRRA).
Certification covers both of our Boca Raton homes and holds us to standards for safety, ethics, resident rights, and quality of operation — the same standards professional referral sources look for when placing someone they're responsible for.
